D’où venez-vous et pourquoi Bial-X ?
Christophe Bessiere : J’étais responsable informatique pour un bailleur social pendant 18 ans. Ma mission la plus intéressante, à mes yeux, était l’analyse, le traitement des données, l’informatique décisionnelle. Je travaillais régulièrement avec Bial-X, qui est un fournisseur historique de ce bailleur social pour son expertise BI, notamment sur le logement social. Quand j’ai eu envie de me consacrer entièrement à ce domaine, c’est vers cette entreprise que je me suis naturellement tourné. De leur côté, c’était le bon timing puisqu’ils étaient en pleine conception de nouvelles activités en direction des bailleurs sociaux. Ça ne pouvait que coller entre nous ! En quoi consiste votre rôle de consultant BI expert métier pour l’habitat social ?
C.B. : Je suis là pour fluidifier les échanges avec les bailleurs sociaux, développer de nouveaux outils et les promouvoir, organiser différents ateliers en vue de concevoir de nouveaux services. Je dois dire que ce rôle me convient parfaitement dans la mesure où il me permet de faire appel à des compétences telles que la qualité d’écoute et la capacité de synthèse. Et, en plus, quelle belle stimulation intellectuelle ! Des exemples de projets en gestation ?
C.B. : Nous avons un projet d’aide à la mutation qui permet aux bailleurs de mettre en relation les dossiers clients en sur-occupation, comme une famille de 6 logée dans un T3, avec les dossiers présentant une sous-occupation manifeste, comme un couple occupant un T5, dans le but de proposer une mutation aux locataires.
Nous abordons également l’aspect prédictif à travers le projet « État des lieux » qui vise à confirmer qu’un état des lieux va être rentable avant d’envoyer le technicien le réaliser. Autre volet prédictif : l’anticipation des situations d’impayés avant qu’elles ne deviennent un problème pour tout le monde.
Enfin, notre projet phare et novateur : la plateforme décisionnelle cloud qui mutualise des services à destination des bailleurs sociaux.
