Après avoir exercé dans des grosses structures, j’avais besoin de rejoindre une société où chacun se connait et peut échanger sans frein hiérarchique.
Bial-R fonctionne en holacratie, un mot compliqué pour un concept simple : la notion de manager n’existe pas, chaque collaborateur est autonome et participe au développement de l’entreprise.
Concrètement, être force de proposition n’est pas réservé à une poignée de décideurs, au contraire, chacun est concerné et encouragé à partager ses idées.
