Célia, chargée de communication digitale pour Bial-X et Bial-R, en alternance depuis presque 3 ans, vient de valider un Master « expert en stratégie digitale spécialisation UX design » dans l’école Digital Campus.
Passionnée par la communication numérique et les arts graphiques, sa mission au sein de Bial-R lui permet de mettre en pratique ses apprentissages en se confrontant à la réalité terrain d’une PME.

Ma formation me permet d’avoir un rôle à la fois opérationnel et de conseil.

- Graphisme : Création de la charte graphique Bial-R, supports de communication et goodies…
- Webdesign : Pilotage de la création du site web, mise en place de son ergonomie, intégration des contenus.
- UX/UI et Data visualisation : Mise en valeur des tableaux de reporting data créés par les consultants Bial-R

La confiance, moteur d’excellence
J’évolue dans un environnement où le travail en équipe est particulièrement important. Chacun apporte sa pierre à l’édifice, une énorme confiance collective est accordée aux nouveaux collaborateurs, quel que soit leur statut.
Cette confiance est logiquement associée à une grande exigence de la part de la direction, qui reste néanmoins bienveillante si je rencontre des difficultés. J’apprécie la proximité et la facilité des échanges avec la direction, les consultants ou les data scientist, leur porte est toujours ouverte, sans freins hiérarchiques.
Ce que je vis chez Bial-R est totalement raccord avec ses valeurs d’excellence et de valorisation des talents. La confiance qui m’est accordée me pousse à me dépasser constamment. On me confie des responsabilités qui vont bien au-delà de mon profil Junior.
Un projet innovant Bial-R va d’ailleurs m’amener à piloter une équipe de développeurs étudiants : pour accompagner l’avancée des technologies et de l’IA, Bial-R prévoit le lancement d’un store de services d’applications prédictives. Une opportunité pour ces élèves d’exercer leurs compétences, de les faire grandir, en travaillant sur un projet concret.
